After NCEF gave Sunnyside Elementary teachers Summer Smith, Modesta Dominguez, Melissa McEwan, and Traci Dolan a grant to buy take-home books for their first grade classes, they sent in this wonderful thank-you video, made by them and their students.

As you know, it's difficult to keep arts programs going during the pandemic, but Rex Putnam High School teacher René Ormae-Jarmer didn't let that daunt her.

She requested support from NCEF to keep the Kingsmen Thunder Drum Line going, and our Board was thrilled to help.
