NCEF just got a great update from this year's Harold Taylor Memorial Scholarship recipient, Maebeth Cathey-Walker, who graduated from Clackamas High School and is now attending Western Oregon University:

"I finished the term with a 3.84 GPA which I'm super proud of! I made a lot of new friends (around 12) and have a super cool Resident Assistant.

All my teachers were nice and understanding when I had an emergency family situation happen in the begining of the year. I started a volunteer job as a costumer for the theatre department and this term I'll be paid minimum wage per hour, so about 8-10 hours a week 🙂."
